Most of our unhappiness en emotional struggles are caused by the lies we tel ourselves until we identify our lies en replace them wth the truth,emotional wel being z imposible some of the lies we tell ourselves we know to b lie...some we bliev hav actualy bcome the truth bcoz we hav practiced them 4so long.these are the most dangerous lies of all bcoz we rarely.if ever dispute them we dnt dispute what we believe to b true. *
